Using Bear
Bear is a conversational service provided by Bear. By connecting Bear or using bear.chony.lol, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect or use the service.
You must be old enough to use the service under the laws where you live. You are responsible for the account or channel where you invite Bear and for keeping access to that account secure.
What Bear is
Bear provides conversational responses, continuity features, and related tools in the channel you choose. Responses can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Do not use Bear as a replacement for qualified help when the stakes are high.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages and materials you send to Bear. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the right to send it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or the rules of Telegram, Discord, or your community.
Respect the room
Do not use Bear to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or target another person. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe private systems, or use Bear to create unlawful or dangerous content. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people, the service, or a channel community.
Third-party platforms
Bear depends on Telegram and Discord. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and controls apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in a third-party platform, though we will work to keep Bear reliable when we can.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Bear available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause, or retire a feature. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate.
Ending use
You can stop using Bear by removing it from your Telegram chat or Discord space and contacting us if you want account data deleted. We may end access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when continuing would create a safety or security risk.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Bear is provided as available, without warranties that every response will be accurate, timely, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Bear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service.
